Moosbeernocken

Recipe for 4 portions

Ingredients:

  • 250 g Moosbeeren (blue whortleberry)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 EL sugar
  • 250 ml Milch
  • 100 g flavour
  • fingertwist salt
  • powdered sugar

And so it succeeds:

  • mix eggs, sugar, milk, flavour and salt
  • add Moosbeeren
  • let the butter melt in a pan
  • form with a table spoon "Nocken" and put it in the pan
  • press them flat and brown them on both sides
  • powder the Moosbeernocken with sugar ... Done!
