How often do the buses run?
Public buses run once an hour all year round. In July and August, the 680 service between Zell am See and Hinterglemm even runs every 30 minutes. You can find timetables online or at the Viehhofen - Info.

You can park during the day right behind the bus stop in the town centre.

Is there a bakery or a shop in Viehhofen?
The BurgerBaron, which has a shop, is located on the village square, and there is a MiniShop in the Alpenparks reception building. Both stock all the essentials. Drinks are available at the Getränkemarkt Hörl.

The Raiffeisenbank is located on the village square, where you can exchange money or withdraw cash from the ATM in the lobby. The ATM accepts Maestro and credit cards.

Is there anything I need to bear in mind for my holiday with my dog?
According to Viehhofen Council regulations, dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the entire town.
