A themed trail for little moments of happiness between Hecherhütte and Rehmbergalm.
Sometimes, happiness is not found at the destination, but somewhere along the way. Our Path of Happiness invites you to slow down, travel mindfully, and rediscover the small moments you encounter along the path.
Created with mindfulness in mind, this lovingly designed themed trail between the Hecherhütte and the Rehmbergalm combines nature experiences, interactive elements, and cozy places to rest. In this way, a simple walk becomes a gentle escape in the mountains – personal, close to nature, and pleasantly relaxing.
What awaits you on the Path of Happiness
The Path of Happiness is designed as a small journey. The focus is not on reaching the destination, but on what happens along the way: a brief glance across the landscape, a quiet moment beneath the trees, a thought that stays with you, or a smile that suddenly appears.
Right at the entrance, visitors are welcomed by a large butterfly made of stained glass.
it’s the little moments along the way.

Relaxing under the trees
A hanging chair invites you to pause, breathe deeply, and simply take a moment for yourself. Because “happiness is a mountain panorama with no appointments in sight.” -
Spin the wheel of fortune
At the wheel of fortune, happiness is sparked in a playful way. Eight small ideas offer inspiration that can be put into practice right away. One of them says: “Yes Day – today, you’re only allowed to say yes.” -
Fountain of Happiness
At the Fountain of Happiness, surrounded by countless four-leaf clovers, the focus is on wishes, gratitude, and the question of what your own little happiness is today. -
Perspective Sculpture
Sculptures that reveal something different depending on your point of view, because “when it comes to happiness, it’s all about perspective.” -
Happiness Journal
Finally, a happiness journal invites you to write down what makes you happy – and perhaps inspire others in the process.
“Write down what makes you happy and inspire others in the process.”
